Where did time go? It's almost as if summer just started yesterday and now it's almost time for school to start again. I'm really enjoying the warm (or in Texas' case,  the scorching heat) weather and although cold weather fashion is cool and all, I'm not looking forward to it. So for now, I am going to enjoy the last few weeks of being able to wear dresses, shorts, tanks, playsuits, and most especially, off-shoulder tops and dresses.

The off-shoulder trend is pretty big this season and I am definitely a huge fan! I didn't use to like off-shoulder  because I feel that I kinda have a broad shoulder but the style has grown on me and now I'm loving it!

The top in this post is from Pink Blush and although it's not entirely off-the-shoulder, the cutout on the arms and drop sleeves kinda give that impression. By the way, yes, this is a top and not a dress. I was wearing a pair of denim shorts here for a flirty vibe but it will work well with a pair of dark wash jeggings or white leggings. It's also available in other colors. If you're feeling it, I suggest checking it out before they completely sell out.

Another trend I also noticed was the crochet embellishments or trimmings. These two trends will be evident in other couple outfit posts that I will also be posting.

How do you feel about the off-shoulder trend? Do you like it or can do without it the remaining few weeks of summer?
